Celebrities Attend Mercedes-Benz New York Fashion Week 2011

New York Fashion Week has been going on since September 8th and ends tomorrow September 15th.  Your favorite celebs have been spotted all over New York for the past week taking in this year's fashion events.  Top designers use this annual fashion event to showcase their Spring 2012 collections.

Angela Simmons, daughter of "Reverend Run" and niece of Hip Hop mogul Russel Simmons, attended several shows this year.  I  loved all of the wardrobe selections she wore to the various shows.

She wore this "cut-out" snakeskin print dress to the Charlotte Ronson Spring 2012 fashion show

Angela wore this red blazer paired with black leggings, sheer black shirt and blue platform shoes to the Rebecca Minkoff Spring 2012 show

She wore this cute grey jumpsuit with a hot pink clutch. Notice how the pants go all the way over the foot, thus covering the shoes.  Angela was at the Gen Art Fresh Faces in Fashion event.

And I just LOVE this bright, girly Virgo's Lounge dress she wore to the Betsey Johnson show

Miss Simmons also walked the runway at the Style 360 Presents Samantha Black Fashion Show.

Solange Knowles made several appearances at Fashion Week this year.  Even though she was spotted at a couple of shows with her sister Beyonce, Solange attended several shows alone.
