Neon Fashion Trend

Neon colors in fashion seemed to be very popular this year.  Celebrities were spotted wearing cute, form fitting dresses in bright neon and fluorescent colors.  This neon trend will be carried into the Fall.  I'm definitely a lover of bright colors and neon takes me back to the 80's which was the era that I grew up in as a child (I'm telling my age, lol).  Check out the celebs that were spotted this year in neon fashion:

Singer Mya wore this cute, colorful LV Twenty Three dress to her 32nd birthday celebration last month. The dress, called 'Visibly Jess' can be found on LV Twenty Three's website here

British singer Leona Lewis wore this hot 2-piece, neon bright number to an event.  She paired it with nude pumps.  You can never go wrong with nude shoes. They go with virtually anything.  The dress is one of many that the singer designed herself.  She plans to start her own ethical clothing line.

Former 3LW member, Adrienne Bailon recently wore this cute Dominique Auxilly neon dress to her 28th birthday party at Vanity Nightclub in Vegas

Video Director Vashtie Kola also wore the Dominique Auxilly "Cali Girl" dress last April to her birthday celebration in New York City at Santos

For all you shoe lovers, some shoe designers have released some uber cute neon shoes in their Fall collections:

Giuseppe Zanotti Neon Colorblock Platform d'Orsay Pump ($750)
B Brian Atwood Suede Colorblock Pump ($350)

Giuseppe Zanotti Neon Colorblock Platform Sandal ($695)

Giuseppi Zanotti Patent Colorblock Pump ($695)

All of these shoes can be found at here at  Neiman Marcus.  Are you feeling the Neon fashion trend?

  2. I love it !(on everyone except leona lewis). I'm generally more drawn to darker colors, I really need to start taking more risks with brights and prints.
